Fit Couples Boot Camp Class

This class is ideal for those who are wanting to get in shape for their upcoming wedding or couples who want to support each other and get fit together! This class is custom to your needs and goals.

Fit Friends Boot Camp Class

This class is for friends where everyone can stay fit together! For friends that live far away from each other and want to reconnect through fitness. This class can help you reach your goals together! Virtual and in person sessions available!

Fit Kids Fitness Boot Camp

Ideal for ages 8-12.

This 30 minute class includes a warm up, cardio, strength and flexibility. Offered as a one on one session for sports specific training and conditioning or as a group to keep your kids active and moving with fun activities!

$18 for one on one session or $12 for each participant in a group. Classes scheduled by appointment.

Fitness Mat Pilates

Ideal for all participants.

This 55 minute class is designed to stretch, lengthen and strengthen muscles without putting stress on the joints and ligaments. Pilates is an overall body conditioning method that was developed over 100 years ago originally called “Contrology” by Joseph H. Pilates.

Equipment needed: a mat or soft surface a small ball or pillow, an exercise band or long towel and weights or water bottles $10 per class. Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m. and Saturdays at 9 a.m. (CST) (Classes can be recorded for replay at home, if you are unable to make it to the live class time.) Have a Reformer at home? Body Sculpting

Ideal for all participants.

This 55 minute class is a complete body toning and conditioning program that will strengthen, tone  and shape your entire body! Improve your focus, balance and concentration while reducing body fat and increasing muscle to help you burn more calories even at rest!

Equipment needed will be weights, a chair and a mat or  soft surface. You may also use water bottles if you do not have weights $10 per class. Mondays at 9:30 a.m. (CST) (Classes can be recorded for replay at home, if you are unable to make it to the live class time.)

Mindful Meditation and Relaxation

Ideal for all participants.

This 30 minute class will help you decrease stress, improve focus and develop everyday peace of mind. This class will help you relax while increasing energy levels. A warm quiet place is recommended for taking this class. You may also want to sit on a comfortable mat or chair.

$10 per class. Mondays at 7:30 p.m. (CST) (Classes can be recorded for replay at home, if you are unable to make it to the live class time.)


Core Focus Fitness

Ideal for all participants.

This 45 minute class will focus on the “core.” Your body’s core is the area around your trunk and pelvis. This class can give you an increase protection or bracing for your back, therefore reducing back pain, increase in abdominal strength, a more stable center of gravity and improve overall body awareness.

Equipment needed will be a mat or soft surface, paper plates, small ball or pillow, weighs or water bottles. $10 per class. Tuesdays at noon and Thursdays at 5:30 p.m.  (CST). (Classes can be recorded for replay at home, if you are unable to make it to the live class time.)
